What's Blooming

Well, this is my very first blog and I have no clue what I'm doing. It may take years before I get this up and running but if you will hang in there with me, I promise you will be inspired and entertained.

That's it for now.

  1. Well Gyleen, let me be the first to welcome you to this wonderful blog land. I enjoy it so much. Have met and became friends with many quilters who are so talented and inspiring. We share stories, show pictures and admire each others work. We also get new ideas and share others. You will really enjoy it.

  5. Okay...I'm here, too! I've been blogging since November of 2008 and really enjoy it. Had blogged daily for the first 500 days or so....and now have backed off to a few times a week. It is a great network and a great way of journaling. So...welcome to Blogland. While I am not an expert, I have helped a couple of others get blogs started and taught them how to pre-schedule posts, put photos on the blog, etc. If you have a question I can answer, I'd be happy to help!

  9. Blogs are a GREAT way to communicate, keep a diary, and just write. My son (now 23), has blogged since about 1998 (or whenever blogspot cam into being)... I love revisiting some of those blogs. Of course now facebook is more popular with the younger set... but why now use both! I use facebook to keep up with my relatives and close friends. Blog is a bit more public. Very helpful in many ways... you are now "followed"!
